Over the last 30 years, my career has spanned from a humble start as a Resident Assistant at UC Santa Barbara to ‘industry expert’** with one of the leaders in multifamily real estate software providers.
Whether it be from stage, on a podcast or in conference rooms around the country, I have the priviledge of routinely speaking with the top owners & operators in the Multifamily space.
My goal is to prepare and educate the industry about what was, is and to constantly be thinking about what could be next for an industry that has the blessing to provide homes to Americans.
** As an obsessive learner, I am still not comfortable with that description…but I’ll take it 😉
